📝 Procedure and equipment purchase

⚠️ Important: For any equipment purchase, it is mandatory to request an invoice made out to the non-profit association and to keep all Amazon, Decathlon, etc. receipts/invoices.

• Reimbursement will be made together with the mileage statement at the end of the season via the expense claim form: EXPENSE CLAIM FORM LINK
• You must attach the supporting invoices and receipts, then send them by email to the following address: secretariat@sauvonsbambi.be

👕 Vests with logo (mandatory during missions)

Step 1: Order the vest

Step 2: Print the logo on the vest

• Go to Decathlon.
• Have the vest printed with the logo (black and white) available here: LOGO LINK.

🟩 Returnable foldable green crates

Recommended: 6 foldable crates per pilot.

• Available at Colruyt and from many market gardeners (fruit & vegetables).

📌 How does it work?

• Deposit: €3.86 per crate.
• Return: refund at the end of the season in any store.

📏 Accepted sizes: 156, 186 or 216 (any is fine).

• Attention: Make sure to clearly distinguish the logos according to their position (back or chest).
• Request an invoice made out to the non-profit association.

Fleece or jacket with embroidered logo

Note: This is not required for regular missions (the high-vis jacket is sufficient).

• first name

Note: if a pocket is located where the embroidery is placed, it can no longer be used
